UI Toolkit Panel Settings are missing labels
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Panel Settings Asset (RMB in Project Window>Create>UI Toolkit>Panel Settings Asset)
2. Select it and observe the checkboxes starting at Dynamic Atlas Settings
Expected result: each setting has a label
Actual result: labels are missing from setting input fields
Reproducible in: 2023.2.0a9, 2023.2.0b1
Not reproducible in: 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a8
