[UIR] UI Toolkit Image content is off by one pixel when the Scalling in the OS Display Settings is set to 150%
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the sides of the image displayed in the Game view
Expected result: The image content is aligned correctly
Actual result: The image content is off by one pixel
Reproducible with: UI Tookit 1.0.0-preview.11 (2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.5f1), 1.0.0-preview.13 (2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.5f1), 2021.2.0a14
Cannot test with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.25f1 (the package is not supported), 1.0.0-preview.9 (2020.2.7f1) (package errors), 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.5f1) (the UI Toolkit broke the UI)
Notes:
- The issue is not reproducible when the scaling is not 150%
