UI Toolkit Drop Down Menu clips off-screen when it's at the very bottom of the screen
Reproduction steps:
# Open the attached project
# Open the “/Demo/Demo.uxml” Visual Tree Asset
# Move the “#perfDropDown” element to the very bottom in the UI Builder
# Enter the Play Mode
# Click on the Drop Down Menu Button
# Observe the Drop Down Menu
Expected result: The Drop Down Menu isn’t visible/clips off screen
Actual result: The Drop Down Menu is visible and doesn’t clip
Reproducible with: 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a16
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.40f1 (UI Toolkit errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (21H2)
Notes:
* The dropdown menu doesn’t appear using the 2022.1.20f1 Editor
* If the project throws errors due to a custom package in the project, delete the “/Assets/Demo/Demo.cs” Script and the package, which is causing errors, from the Package Manager
