UI Toolkit Debugger's buttons stop functioning when expanding/folding elements in a custom Editor window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-93172" project
2. In Assets folder navigate to Datas → gamefaqs_eng and open it
3. Right click on the QuestionsEditor → UI Toolkit Debugger
4. Press Pick Element in UI Toolkit Debugger and select a field to inspect from the QuestionsEditor
5. Try to expand or fold an option
6. Observe the UI Toolkit Debugger
Expected result: The UI Toolkit Debugger works well on interaction folds/expands
Actual result: The UI Toolkit Debugger's buttons stop functioning and does not let you to expand or fold
Reproducible in : 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a3
Could not test with: 2022.3.58f1 (does not contain dataSource)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
