UI Toolkit Debugger long Class names aren’t fully visible when window is maximised
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open UI Toolkit Debugger window (Kebab menu on any of the windows > UI Toolkit Debugger)
3. Maximise window
4. Press “Pick Element” button and select any window
5. Select any of the elements in UI Toolkit Debugger window
6. Type a long name in Classes section
7. Press "+" icon and observe newly added class
Actual results: Class name isn’t fully visible
Expected results: Class name is truncated with “…” or window can be scrolled horizontally
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.55f1, 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
