UI scroll panel text flickering
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project.
2) Open scene 'Main_scene'.
3) Enter play mode.
4) Press 'Show DTP' UI button.
A scrollable calendar appears. The top and the bottom rows flicker.
This issue also occurs on iOS devices.
Reproduced on:
5.5.0a2, 5.4.0b25
Did not reproduce:
5.3.5p6, 5.2.4f1
*Note that it reproduced with all of the above versions on iOS (tested with all graphics APIs).
