UI Scaling Preferences window unnecessarily shows a warning after Editor is restarted
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Open UI Scaling Preferences (Edit -> Preferences... -> UI Scaling)
3. Change the scaling value and notice the warning which appears
4. Restart Unity
Expected result: The warning disappears
Actual result: The warning does not disappear
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3
Notes:
Reopening the Preferences window after restarting Unity will fix the issue.
Closing the Preferences window before restarting Unity will work as intended.
UI Scaling was introduced in Unity 2019.3, thus introducing the issue.
