[UI] Parent object Layout Group changes the Child object elements (positions and sizes) when the Child Layout Group is disabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Go to Canvas -> Panel -> Bottom
3. Disable the Horizontal Layout Group
4. Observe that there is a height and position change
Expected result: Disabled Horizontal Layout Group should not cause a change in position and height when Vertical Layout Group is enabled
