UI panel is shifted by several pixels relative to gizmo of 2d manipulation tool
To reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "ImageShift.zip"
2. Open scene "1"
3. Click on Canvas --> panel
Expected result: The 2d manipulation tool should be aligned exactly with the edges of the panel
Actual result: The 2d manipulation tool is a couple of pixels off
Reproduced on: 5.5.3p3, 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b5
Note: fixed on 2017.1.0b6
