UI RectTransform gizmos are offset by 2px
UI RectTransform gizmos are offset by 2px which can be visually misleading
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Create new UI Image
3. Look at the rect transform gizmo for the Image
Expected behaviour: Gizmo aligned with the image
Actual behaviour: Gizmo is offset
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0b1
Could not reproduce on: 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0a6
