UI Panel is not visible when HDR and STP filter are enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Ensure you have a HDR-supporting computer with the feature turned on
2. Open the “Flicker.zip“ project
3. Open the “BakingProblem“ Scene
4. Enable the “Allow HDR Display Output“ and “Use HDR Display Output“ in the (Player > Other Settings) Rendering section in the Project Settings
5. Find and select the “PC_RPAsset“ in the Project tab (Assets/Settings)
6. Change the Quality > Upscaling Filter to “Spatial-Temporal Post-Processing“ (STP)
7. Observe the Game view
Expected result: A panel with “UI is visible“ is displayed in the middle
Actual result: No panel with “UI is visible“ is displayed in the middle
Reproducible in: 6000.0.15f1, 6000.0.23f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.14f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Workaround:
- Close the Game view and re-open it
Notes:
- Issue does not reproduce in the Player
- Also reproducible with FSR (FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0) instead of STP
- This does not reproduce 100% of the time
- In versions 2021.3.45f1 and 2022.3.50f1 STP filter does not exist, and it does not reproduce with the FSR filter
