[UI][OSX]Text flickering, lagging, disappearing when moving around
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Move text objects around
3. Notice that text is flickering, lagging, disappearing
Only reproducible on OSX (Not reproducible when editor launched using -force-opengl)
Reproducible with 5.4.0b5
