[UI] MinMaxSlider disappears when enable/disable "Whole Numbers" checkbox for UI Slider preset
On enabling/disabling the "Whole Numbers" checkbox for UI Slider preset MinMaxSlider gets disappears Refer to the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) GameObject > UI > Slider
3) Create a preset of UI Slider
4) Change the Min and Max values in Slider preset
5) Enable/Disable "Whole Numbers" checkbox in Slider preset
Actual result: Slider head disappears for MinMaxSlider UI Slider preset
Expected result: User should not be able to match the MinMaxSlider values and slider shouldn't disappear
Occurring on: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.1.8f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2020.1.9f1, 2019.4.22f1
Environment: Windows, Mac and Ubuntu 18.04
