UI jumps to the previously set position when Game view is resized if the position was set two times in the frame
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (Widdle2.zip)
2. Open the "Main" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Resize the Game view
5. Observe that the UI jumped to the outside of the screen
Expected: the UI doesn't move outside of the screen when Game view is resized
Reproduced in 2017.3.1p1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.2f2
Did not reproduce in 2017.3.1f1, 2017.2.2p4, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.3.0a1
