UI: In the b20, when you increase the width of a mask to show new content at runtime or editor time, the content is not visible
To reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'TestScrollingMaskScene' scene
3. Press play
4. The width of all 3 masks increases
5. The second mask has the text hidden away outside the mask rect so after width is increased the text is expected appear but it does not render
6. The third mask is the same as second but in the end the mask is disabled->enabled and the text appears
