Impossible to place the cursor in text on touch screen devices
Selecting any random place in the middle of written text, cursor can't be placed. Cursor appears at the start of the text when selected, but then moves to the end if any letter is entered.
Issue related to Win Store Apps, WP8 and WP8.1 platforms;
Reproducible on 4.6.0b21, 4.6.0RC1;
Regression from 4.6.0b20;
Repro steps:
1. open project "InputTestUIProject";
2. build to WSA;
3. deploy on any tablet (x86 or ARM);
4. open "Input" scene, select input field, write something with touchscreen keyboard. Now try to select any random place in written text;
