UI, Game View colors become oversaturated when the “Use display in HDR mode” option is enabled

Reproduction steps:
# Open the attached project
# Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
# Observe the Game View
# Enable the “Use display in HDR mode” option (Edit > Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > Rendering)
# Observe the Game View

Expected result: Minor or no changes to the colors
Actual result: Colors become oversaturated

Reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.7f1, 2022.1.0a10
Could not test with: 2019.4.40f1, 2022.2.0a11, 2022.1.11f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4 (“Use display in HDR mode” option is not available)

Reproducible on: M1 MacOS 12.4 (21F79)
Not reproducible on: Intel MacOS 11.6

Note: This issue is reproducible on both Intel (Rosetta mode) and Apple Silicon Editors on the M1 MacOS
