[UI] events not working when canvas rendering mode is set to screen space - camera
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "test.zip"
2. Open "Scene" scene
3. Run the scene
4. Press Button
5. Notice how you can't interact with the Button when canvas rendering mode is set to Screen Space - Camera
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b22
Not reproducible with: 5.3.5p5, 5.4.0b21
