UI Elements overlap in the Search window when Search window is docked and resized horizontally
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the Search window (Window > Search > New window)
- Dock the Search window
- Resize the docked Search window horizontally to make it smaller
- Observe the docked Search window
Actual results: Search bar at the top of the window overlaps with the save and documentation buttons, "Turn it on?" button overlaps with the text
Expected results: No UI Elements overlap
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b2
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3

Resolution Note:
The Search Window is made to operate at a certain size. We let the use set it so it is properly usable. This bug highlights a use case that the user wouldn't ever use the search window for.
