UI elements jittering when using Cinemachine Pixel Perfect camera with UI Canvas in Play Mode and Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project "IN_33963"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Move with the "A" and "D" keys
Expected result: UI elements don’t jitter
Actual result: UI elements jittering
Reproducible with: 5.0.3 (2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6)
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.46f1 (due to compiler errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
