UI elements inside Viewport aren't in the right position on Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "868767.zip"
2. Open "test" scene
3. Enter play mode and observe Game view
4. Exit play mode and build it
Expected behavior: Build looks the same as a Game view
Actual behavior: UI elements don't show up on build
Reproducible: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4p1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b4
