UI Element Button is stuck in active state when it's popup is closed
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("proj.zip")
2. Open bug report window (Window->"BUG REPORT ====")
3. In the bug report window click on UIE Button
4. Close popup window
Expected result: Button returns to an inactive state
Actual result: Button is stuck in an active state
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1 (error CS0234), 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0a2 (UIE Button returns to inactive state)
