[UI] Editor hangs briefly upon the first time clicking on the Denoiser field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and open an empty scene
2. Navigate to the Lighting Settings
3. Switch filtering to Advanced
4. Click on any of the denoiser fields
5. Notice that the editor hangs for a brief moment until the check is complete
Notes:
- This issue seems to have been getting worse with each new denoiser added to the list

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
I dont think we will fix this. If we do we loose the ability to mark some denoisers as unsupported on the current hardware.
