UI Dropdown retains focus if Event System and Input Module are components of canvas
To reproduce:
1. Open users attached project "multiplayer-demo.zip"
2. Open Title.unity scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Press Dropdown A two time so it will open and close
5. Press Dropdown B
Expected result: Dropdown B is opened
Actual result: Dropdown A is opened
Reproduced on: 5.6.1f1 2017.1.3f1 2017.3.1p3 2018.2.0b10 2018.3.0a3
Notes: reproduces both on macOS and Windows machines
It only reproduces if Input Module's submit button is a mouse button
