UI.Text BestFit does not work with japanese
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a UI Text object
2. Set options in Inspector "BestFit: true" and "Horizontal Overflow: Wrap"
3. Set text with japanese(ex. "あいうえおかきくけこさしすせそ")
4. Notice that best fit does not work (see screenshot)
Tested on Windows 10, with:
Unity 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.0p1, 5.4.0a6

This is STILL a bug in 2019.4.30f1 (LTS) and I'm appalled that it has not been addressed. Japan is a massive video game market so obviously Unity games are going to be localized there thus rendering this Best Fit "feature" completely useless.

Who the heck made this design decision? It is obviously a bug!
