Hovering on the Particle System Controls shows an offset tooltip with the overlay window name
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity Project
2. Right-click in the Hierarchy -> Effects -> Particle System
3. Select the created GameObject and make sure "Particles" overlay is displayed in the Scene View
4. Navigate to the "Pause", "Restart" and "Stop" buttons
5. Hover on any of the buttons and observe the tooltip
Expected results: The tooltip shows the function of the button
Actual results: The tooltip "Particles" is displayed with the big offset
Reproducible with: 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
