UI Components OnCursorEnter state is ended when hovering cursor over smaller sized child UI objects

1. Open the attached project "1427736_case.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene and press Play
3. Hover the mouse cursor over any UI Component
4. Move the cursor to the child UI object
Expected result: UI Component stays highlighted
Actual result: UI Component is no longer highlighted
Reproducible with: 2021.2.17f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.2.16f1
Reproduced on: macOS 12.3.1 (Intel)
Notes:
- As long as there is a gap between the UI Component and the child UI object while hovering the cursor, the issue reproduces
- Reproducible with any child UI object
