Color picker tool is stuck in the pixel sampling stage when clicking inside and then outside the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProject.zip"
2. Open Lighting window (Window > Rendering > Lighting)
3. Open the Environment tab and click on the eyedropper tool of the Realtime Shadow Color property
4. Click anywhere in the Inspector tab
5. Click anywhere in the Scene or Game window
Expected result: The eyedropper tool picks the color value from anywhere on the screen and stops the sampling of color value
Actual result: The eyedropper tool continuously samples the color value
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a3, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b5, 2022.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.0a2
Notes:
- Only managed to reproduce with the eyedropper tool found in the Lighting window
- Clicking on the eyedropper tool cancels the continuous color sampling
