[UI] Canvas flashes (resizes) in PlayMode
To repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Add UI - Text.
3. Hit play.
Actual result: Canvas is resized every frame and UI flashes.
Expected result: UI is stable.
Regression: doesn't reproduce in 2017.2.0b8.
