UI Builders Inspector sometimes scrolls up after removing a Binding
Steps to reproduce:
- Create or open any Project with the UI Toolkit installed
- Create a "UI Document" Asset and open it
- Add any Element to the Hierarchy and select it
- In the UI Builders Inspector hover over any of the values and click the kebab menu on the left of the values and select "Add binding..." and add any type of Binding
- Right click the icon that now appears instead of the kebab menu and select "Remove binding"
- Repeat steps 4 - 5 with different properties until the Inspector scrolls up
Actual results: After a couple tries removing Bindings on the Properties, the UI Builders Inspector scrolls upwards, this doesn't happen all the time
Expected results: The Inspector doesn't scroll up after removing a Binding
Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.14f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.40f1 (Cannot add Bindings in this way or remove them)
Tested on (OS): macOS Sonoma, Windows 11
