UI Builder text size can be set to a negative number
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a UI Document and open it in the UI Builder
3. Create a Label
4. In the UI Builder Inspector navigate to the "Text" section and expand it
5. Try changing the "Size" field to a negative value
Expected results: Size can't be set to a negative value
Actual results: Size can be set to a negative value
Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.12f1
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1), Windows 11 (ARM)
