[UI Builder] Text content not saved if Ctrl+S is used while editing a text field.
Repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Project window -> Right-Click -> UI Toolkit -> UI Document
3. Open this in UI Builder.
4. Add a Text label to the UI Builder hierarchy.
5. Edit this text, but without clicking off hit Ctrl+S. Wait for the * in UI Builder to disappear.
6. Click off the text.
Expected: Text changes persist.
Actual: Text reverts to what it was before editing the label.
Attached a GIF of this occurring to the ticket.
Reproducible in 2023.2.0a20, 2022.3.3f1, 2021.3.23f1
Marking as not a regression - only tested in mentioned editors, please contact me if you need further testing.
