[UI Builder] Selector names that contain more than 24 symbols are not fully visible in the StyleSheets window of the UI Builder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open the “test.uxml” file
3. Observe the 3rd Selector name in the StyleSheets window
Expected result: Name is fully visible
Actual result: The ending of a name is replaced with “…”
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.40f1), 1.0.0 (2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a15)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Suggested fix:
1. Allow selector pill control to use as much horizontal space as possible (if available)
2. If pill cannot show full name, show a tooltip with the full name
