[UI Builder] Name field isn't displayed properly when renaming an element within Hierarchy
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “tmptest” project
2. Open the “Scenes → NewUXMLTemplate” VTA file in the UI Builder
3. Select and rename an element from UI Builder Hierarchy
Expected result: Name field is displayed properly
Actual result: First letter is displayed off the field
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a23
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.0a8
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)

Fixed by another internal issue: UUM-16002: [UI Builder] renaming a element in the hierarchy hides the first character
