uGUI slows down constantly rebuilding the Canvas when using Screen Space - Camera
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project ( uGUI_ProjectBeta11 )
2. Open Scroll View scene
3. Open Profiler and select 'Deep Profile'
4. Play the scene and notice in the profiler that there are around 1000fps
5. Select Canvas
6. Change 'Render Mode' to 'Screen Space - Camera'
7. Play again
8. Now profiler indicates the fps drop to about 15-30fps
9. The profiler shows SendWillRenderCanvases() as taking most of this time recreating all the graphics every frame
