uGUI Slider does not show the correct fill on its images
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene 3DGUI
3. In the hierarchy navigate to Canvas> Cube> HUD Bar > healthbar
4. Slide the slider value to between 0 and 1 - notice that there is not way to reduce the green bar in scene to nothing (it stops at 10)
