[IMGUI] Project Settings window main Menu Item's symbols are not fully displayed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open any new or existing project
2. Go Edit -> Project Settings
3. Inspect Project Settings main Menu Items
Expected result: There is no cut symbols
Actual result: Some symbols: 'g','p','y', for example, are cut / not displayed fully
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
Could not reproduce with: 2017.4 (this version did not have Project settings implemented as seperate window yet)
Note: for the bug to reproduce, UI Scaling value has to be <= 125% (Edit -> Preferences -> UI Scaling)
