[WSA] uGUI project scene doesn't work on WSA and WP builds
uGUI "Drag And Drop" scene crashes on Windows Phone and Windows Store Apps platforms.
Reproducible on 5.0.0b9;
Getting output on WSA platform:
illegal LocalPathID in persistentmanager
(Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/Runtime/Serialize/PersistentManager.cpp Line: 384)
The file 'E:/BUILDER/only ugui/guisystem/bin/x86/Debug/AppX/Data/mainData' is corrupted! Remove it and launch unity again!

Repro steps:
1. open attached "UIBeta20Project.zip" project;
2. build to WSA or WP platforms;
3. build and run project. Application crashes;
