uGUI: animation on LayoutElement fields isn't detected
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "test" scene
3. Select "Panel Animated" game object
4. Press play
5. Notice that "Preferred Height" of LayoutElement on "Panel Animated" is animated, but nothing is happening with layout
