UdpNetworkDriver.ScheduleUpdate() generates garbage on every call
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Enable Dev Build and Autoconnect Profiler
3. Build and Run IL2CPP APK on Android
4. In the CPU Profiler Search for TestScript.Update()
Expected result: There is no garbage generated
Actual result: Garbage is generated on every frame
Reproduced with: 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.3f2
The issue is no longer reproducible in 2019.3.0b1
