[UaaL] “Screen.orientation” is not changing orientation in the UaaL example on an iOS device

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “uaal-example.zip” project
2. Follow the instructions from here: [https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/uaal-example/blob/master/docs/ios.md|https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/uaal-example/blob/master/docs/ios.md|smart-link]
3. After deploying the app to the device, press the “Change Orientation” button
4. Observe the result

Expected result: Orientation changed
Actual result: Orientation hasn’t changed

Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a5

    we are expecting a fix for this in 2021 latest LTS version.

    With this, even the Screen.orientation API return wrong values in the above project, for example in Unity if we set screen orientation to portrait and then we log the Screen.orientation value it says portraitupsidedown whereas physically it is just set to portrait and the same applies to landscape as well so please look into that as well.
