Type load exception is thrown when trying to load System.Security.Cryptography.ECDiffieHellmanCng in .Net 4.6 Issue
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the StartScene.unity scene
3. Play the scene
4. Observe the error
Actual results: Unity throws the error
Expected results: Unity should not throw the error
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p4, 2017.3.1p1, 2018.1.0b8, 2018.2.0a1
