Tutorial debug functions are available in the Test Track Sample project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the Test Track Template
2. When the project opens up observe the UI buttons in the Tutorial Window and the dropdown "Tutorials" menu from the top toolbar
Expected results: These functions should be disabled to keep uniformity between samples/tutorials, as these functions are not present in other samples/tutorials
Actual results: Tutorials debug menu functions are available
Reproducible with: 2021.3.13f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.41f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a18 (Template is not available)

Hey everyone I bring to you good news..
