Turning off and turning on game object with Cloth Component in play mode disables Cloth component permanently
How to reproduce:
1. Open "repro" project
2. Enter "test" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Turn off "Cube" in the inspector
5. Turn on "Cube" in the inspector
Expected result: Cloth component should turn on as soon as game object is turned on
Actual result: Cloth component remain disabled even when game object is turned on
Regression first introduced in: 2017.1.2p3
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0p2, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.3f1
Not reproducible with: 5.6.4p4
