TreeView rows break when thicker height line is unfolded before thinner height lines
Reproduction steps:
1. Download project "Maintainer Unity 2017.3.zip" and open in Unity
2. In the "Maintainer" tab press "Scan project" button
3. Unfold the second line
Actual: below the unfolded thicker line other finer lines (white/grey) become the same height as unfolded line
Expected: finer lines stay the same size
Reproduced on: 5.6.4p4; 2017.1.2p4; 2017.2.1f1; 2017.3.0f2; 2018.1.0a7
