Transport package DTLS handshake error message is not informative
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Assets > Error> ErrorScene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press the 'Client' button
Expected result: error message with more information
Actual result: error message "Handshake failed with result 13"
Reproduced with: 1.0.0 (2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11)
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1 (couldn't test due to errors), 2022.2.0a12 (couldn't test due to Netcode errors)
