[Transport] Length definition errors in IPCManager after updating the Collections package
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Import the Unity Transport package(preview.6 - 0.3.0)
3. Upgrade the Collections package to version preview.5 - 0.9.0
Expected result: no errors are present in the project
Actual result: 3 errors pop-up in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a14
Could not test with: 2018.4.24f1(Unity Transport package unavailable)
