Transparent GameObject becomes opaque when Dynamic Resolution Type is set to Hardware
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "SandboxXbxHdrp" project
2. Open the Scene "OutdoorsScene"
3. In the Project view select the "HDRPMediumQuality" Asset (Found in the Assets/Settings Folder)
4. In the Inspector expand Rendering->Dynamic resolution
5. Change Dynamic Resolution Type between to "Hardware"
6. Change the Forced Screen Percentage from 75 to 80
7. Observe the Game view
Expected results: The red cube is visible
Actual results: Only the top of the red cube is visible
Reproducible with: 10.3.1 (2020.2.7f1), 10.4.0 (2020.3.6f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.5f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a15)
Could not test with: 10.2.2 and earlier because of the shader errors ("Couldn't open include file")
Note:
- Changing Dynamic Resolution Type between "Hardware" and "Software" when the project opens might not get the problematic result, only after updating the Forced Screen Percentage the issue will appear
