Translating multiple selected UI Object using the gizmos causes them to move unexpectedly
To reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "Spider Cave.zip"
2. Open "GamePlay" scene
3. Select 2 or more UI objects in the scene
4. Use gizmos in the scene to move selected objects
Expected result: All of the chosen UI objects should move consistently
Actual result: Only one of the selected objects move normally, and the other one or ones move extremely fast (see user's attached video https://www.screencast.com/t/rINM6e52ZoKX)
Regression first introduced in: 2017.2.0b1

I can confirm the bug is happening on 2017.1.0f1, when moving multiple UI objects using Gizmo in case Canvas Scaler is set to anything but "Constant Physical Size".

Anyone want to send them a project with it happening?
I'm also having this issue- pushing play and going back, UI elements drift- every time I play it they drift more and more until they are extremely off the canvas.

We are seeing this too on 2017.2.0f3 when the Canvas Scaler is set to anything but "Constant Physical Size".

this is happening to me in 2017.2.0f3 already twice in different projects, seems that is not always reproducible, it happened both while moving 3d objects like cubes in multi selection (some cubes move like 100 times faster while others 1 time, like if their transforms local to world calculations were screwed up)
also happened while moving UI elements in a canvas.
