Regression
Yes
Transform values that do not fit their input field in the Inspector window cannot be viewed after their cutoff point
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Select any GameObject
3. Enter a large value into one of its Position/Rotation/Scale fields
4. Attempt to inspect the value beyond the cutoff point by navigating via the arrow keys
Expected result: the full value can be inspected
Actual result: only the first few numbers from the left can be inspected
Reproducible with: 2019.3.15f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.0a9, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a8
